Affordable housing has arrived in Lincoln Square.  Opened January 2025, the Canvas at Leland Plaza brings high quality, yet affordable living to the heart of our vibrant neighborhood.  Sixty three apartments comprised of a mix of studios, one and two bedroom units and a commercial space on the first floor make up this complex.  Sixteen units are set aside for rental assistance for qualifying applicants and nineteen units for qualifying artists.
